Patient: Yang, female, 57 years old

Chief complaint: Right hip injury from a fall, swelling, pain, and limited mobility for 12 hours.

Current medical history: The patient was riding an electric bicycle on the road 12 hours ago when she was hit by an oncoming car, injuring her right hip.
