Patient: Yao, female, 77 years old

Chief complaint: Intermittent right knee pain for 5 years

Physical examination: T36.7°C, P78 beats/min, R19 beats/min, BP114/71 mmHg. The patient was conscious and cooperative. Both pupils were equal in size and round, 3 mm in diameter, and sensitive to light. The neck was soft, and breath sounds were clear in both lungs, with no dry or wet rales.
